EDITORIAL INTERN:

We are currently accepting applications for Editorial Interns. Candidates should be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to fast-moving situations. Candidates should be able to write under tight deadlines and be comfortable with all aspects of social media. We’re primarily looking for bright, talented self-starters who want to make a real contribution to the website and learn a LOT along the way.

 This is an AMAZING opportunity for the right person -- our interns attend events, conduct celebrity interviews, and write features. This is no "coffee-getting" role!

Duties will include:

· Researching style, beauty, celebrity and relationship news
· Researching photos, experts, celebs and gathering product info
· Pitching and writing articles (including conducting interviews, etc)
· Reaching out to bloggers and websites via Twitter and Facebook
· Updating social media feeds

· Attending and reporting on industry events.

Internships generally last 4 months and are unpaid. We are happy to work with you for college credit.

SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN:

We are looking for someone who wants to gain real-world experience driving our social media strategy -- from blogger outreach to tumblr, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and more.

Candidates should be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to fast-moving situations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a track record of successfully driving a social media strategy.

Duties will include:

· Reaching out to bloggers and partner websites
· Updating social media feeds· Developing strategies to grow "followers" (Twitter parties etc)
· Developing story ideas intended to drive traffic
· Researching fan sites etc
· Promoting articles
· Attending and reporting via social media on industry events
