Fashionistas, mark your calendars! With celebrities like Emmy Rossum, Taylor Swift, Katrina Bowden and Carrie Underwood spotted in THEIA’s line of flowy, draped dresses, the time is just right for the line to have a place during New York Fashion Week on February 15th, 3 pm ET at the Metropolitan Pavilion South. It will be their first ever runway show and will be featuring a stunning (and very hush hush!) look at their Fall 2012 collection.

“Showing during New York Fashion Week is a natural progression for the brand. We feel that Fall 2012 will serve as the perfect time to make our runway debut.” Said CEO Mitchell Hops.

For a line that launched in 2009, the dresses have quickly become a celeb fave. THEIA’s Fall 2012 collection is inspired by Creative Director Don O’Neill’s admiration for the Greek goddess of wisdom and courage, Athena “This season I want to truly empower women. Athena was a valiant warrior and I want to imbue the THEIA woman with this sense of power and confidence that will help her stride forward, feeling brave, beautiful, and strong.” Said Don.

Athena (and great clothing), we bow before you! The runway show is set to feature 30 looks that will feature THEIA’s signature touches including exquisite beading and embroideries with meticulous stitching so each dress flows gently and beautifully around the body. I’m SWOONING just thinking about it- somebody get me a fainting couch ASAP!

THEIA will be live-streaming the runway show on firstcomesfashion.com for viewers from around the world to watch it as it happens.
