Yup, another season of women screaming at each other, hooking up with inappropriate men, drinking to excess while trying to find the love of their lives in a city with heat, humidity and lizards. That's right, Steve Ward's school for backwards women takes place in Miami. Will the women be more upset by the weather screwing with their hair or the things that Steve makes them do? To find out, check VH1's Tough Love: Miami! Catch the show every 8 pm ET on Sunday night.

What exacty is Ditch or Date? People are encouraged to write about their best or worst dates and fans will then vote on whether or not they deserve a second date. To make the idea of possible public humilation seem minor, they're giving away prizes. You could win House of Harlow jewelry, Lululemon yoga gear or dating advice from matchmaker and TV host, Steve Ward. A grand prize winner gets a walk-on role in next season's Tough Love. Excuse me, but how do you get a walk-on role on a reality show? Do you walk through the set and wave?
