Woo hoo! It’s National Tequila Day! After the day is over, grab your friends, fire up the grill or head on over to a chilly bar and try a cool refeshing tequila-based cocktail. There’s even one that’s a mocktail made with summer sweet watermelon!

Mariposa Mule

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Ounce Mariposa Agave Nectar Liqueur

3/4 Ounce Lunazul Reposado

3/4 Ounce Lime Juice

01/2 Ounce Simple Syrup

4 Ounces Ginger Ale

Directions:

Combine ingredients, except ginger ale into a shaker. Shake vigorously and pour into Collins glass with ice. Top with ginger ale.
