Remember when IHOP’s Rooty Tooty Fresh ‘N Fruity appeared on TV? It was 25 Years ago and we saw it wearing Groucho Marx glasses! Despite the disguise, it made our mouths water.
It quickly became an IHOP staple.
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Rooty Tooty Fresh ‘N Fruity (sorry, but just writing this has made me hungry) IHOP’s introducing the “Super” Rooty Tooty Fresh ‘N Fruity! Take a bite out of two fluffy world-famous buttermilk pancakes topped with either strawberry (cool), blueberry (warm) or cinnamon-apple compote (warm) and whipped cream! The “Super” combo comes with hash browns and eggs. Or take bacon, pork sausage links or ham- that’s just bit extra.
Go online and play “Mask Your Mug.” Digitally place Groucho Marx glasses on your photo and upload it to your Facebook profile. Get your own “Rooty Tooty Alias” and receive a Rooty-inspired nickname!
The “Super” Rooty Tooty Fresh ‘N Fruity is available starting August 30 through October 3 at participating IHOP restaurants and starts at $4.99.

what a wonderful retro take-back! when i was a kid, we lived in a motel right next door to an ihop. we could never afford to eat there, but enjoyed the delish aromas coming from there. i also remember an episode of ‘the king of queens’ where carrie walks in & doug is eating a sky high pile of pancakes slathered with fruits. he said it is his version of ihop’s tooty fresh ‘n fruity! it was sooooo funnnneeee & tempting all at the same time. would love this tee in 2XL. thank you bettyconfidential.com for offering another great prize giveaway…xoxo
