Haven’t heard of Santigold yet? You have now! The singer/songwriter/all-round talent powerhouse recently captured our attention with her new empowering and diverse music video, “Girls.”
Featured on the soundtrack for Lena Dunham’s Golden Globe award-winning television show of the same name, “Girls” features women of all shapes and sizes dancing, lip-singing, making silly faces, and just enjoying being girls. The video takes place in the streets of New York City and delivers a message that every girl, especially in this day and age, needs to hear: Love the skin you’re in!
