If the gym is starting to lose its appeal, then opt for a little fun at home with video games that will have you working out for hours, breaking a sweat and loving it! I road tested two different workout video games and here are the results.

Ubisoft Just Dance 2 for Wii ($29.96, walmart.com) is by far my favorite game to workout to. It has 40+ hit tracks from Rihanna, Blondie, and The PussyCat Dolls. No deep thinking is going on here, just pure unadulterated fun! “Just Dance 2” will put a permanent smile on your face and some rock hard abs on your tummy. But the best part is you don’t feel like you’re working out and hours go by because it is so much fun. Celebrity fans agree, including Whitney Port, Audrina Patridge, Karina Smirnoff and Brandy.

Put your controller in your hand, stand away from the furniture and follow the easy steps. But don’t get too cocky, because I dare you to make it through Body Movin' without breaking a sweat. Instead of going to the gym, why don’t you reach for “Just Dance 2,” have a house party and lose some pounds.
Read Get a Butt Like Pippa Middleton's!
Pros: it’s lots of fun, up to 4 players at a time, great music and workout and suitable for all ages. You can even download more music!
Cons: you may forget your responsibilities because it is so much fun. You’ll find yourself wanting to add more songs. Wish it could scan and register your body.
