Michael Jackson doc gave him drug before death

Michael Jackson‘s personal physician administered a powerful drug that authorities believe killed the singer, a source told Associated Press yesterday.

Dr. Conrad Murray allegedly gave the King of Pop the anesthetic Propofol in the 24 hours before he died on June 25.

The Texas-based cardiologist has been the focus of a manslaughter investigation despite his layers saying that Murray never prescribed or administered anything that could have killed Michael.

Police have interviewed Murray twice since Michael’s death, and a third interview which had been scheduled for last Friday was postponed after the police and DEA agents searched the doctor’s office and storage unit, looking for evidence.

The L.A. coroner’s office is waiting on toxicology results but is expected to release a final autopsy report this week. (Yahoo)
