Farrah’s funeral, Billy Mays dies and more

1. The formal farewell to Farrah … A private funeral service for Farrah Fawcett will be held Tuesday afternoon in Los Angeles. Long-time companion Ryan O’Neal is said to be planning the invitation-only service. The couple’s son, Redmond O’Neal, will be let out of jail in order to attend. It will be held at the very appropriately named Catholic church, Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels. RIP Farrah. (FOX News)
2. Larger-than-life television personality Billy Mays of OxiClean fame was found dead yesterday at his Tampa, Fla., home by his wife. He was 50. There is some speculation that a bumpy airplane landing on Saturday could have led to the death of the “Infomercial King”.
“All of a sudden as we hit, you know, it was just the hardest hit, all the things from the ceiling started dropping,” Mays told Fox 13 in Tampa. “It hit me on the head, but I got a hard head.”
The autopsy report is expected to be released later this afternoon. Will miss his familiar voice and wish there was more to WAIT for. (CNN)

It continues to infect people around the world – more than 1 million already in the United States, with thousands more being struck by it each week. Vaccine manufacturers will be taking no sunny vacations as they work around the clock to try and develop one that will work before the fall flu season strikes. For now, keep washing your hands. I wake up each morning and wonder if another celebrity has died. Geeze!
Life is so precious! We all only get one. Death really makes you realize just how precious life really is. I truly wished the whole world would realize this and we could all get alone. Most people want the same thing to be loved, to have loved and enough money to make life durable. I wish all of you a happy, blessed and good life. May God bless you all.
