Taylor Swift Snubbed at CMT Awards!
The country singer is defeated by reigning champ, Carrie Underwood.

She may be the darling of the Billboard charts, but it seems country music fans are getting a little tired of Taylor Swift. The 20-year-old singer went home completely empty-handed after last night’s CMT Awards.
Instead, the night belonged to Carrie Underwood (wearing a bright fuschia Jenny Packham dress), who was the only one to win more than one award – one for performance of the year, and also the night’s biggest honor, video of the year.

Backstage, Underwood thanked the fans who voted for her to win, saying, “They were there before I had anything, an album, a record deal, a tour or anything like that. They built me from the ground up.”
