If you're looking for a unique and light dinner, whip up this sweet curry sauce, grill up some veggies or sausage, dip generously, and enjoy! This sauce also makes for a great appetizer dip.
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Assorted fresh vegetables such as celery, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli
Grilled or broiled sausages or hot dogs
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise, honey, curry and vinegar; mix well. Refrigerate about 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Serve with veggies and sausages or hot dogs.
