Having trouble convincing that guy your dating to be exclusive? Well, you may want to tell him that being monogamous has been shown to have postitive emotional impacts that give men more energy to be more financially productive and focus on goals.

A study from the Journal of Health and Social Behavior found that the quality of a relationship has a greater impact on a man's well-being than a woman's. Unlike a woman, who probably has other friends to depend on, a man depends more heavily on a woman for emotional support.

Having trouble getting him to settle down? Just let him know that unmarried men tend to be more violent and criminal. In addition, one expert argued in court that men in monogamous relationships have more energy to focus on raising children and being financially productive.
