Splurge vs. Steal Handbags
These spring “IT” bags may be gorgeous, but their budget friendly style twins are just as lust worthy!
-Jenny Beres

The fashion gods have spoken. These bags, the hottest bags of spring 2011, have been released onto the world and you may be wondering how you’re going to pay for both your kid’s tuition and Prada’s sexy new it bag. Before you pick up a third job (believe me I’ve done it- I was the only Saturday morning server with syrup on my shirt and Louis on my arm), take a look at this list. Sure, the most coveted are here at prices we’d rather leave behind, like Heidi Klum’s yummy one, but you’ll also see pretty affordable cousins of these bags, so you can send your kids to school and have your weekend mornings free.

The “twin” bags are OK, but nothing compares to having the real thing!
I agree with @festivlady826! But that Tory Burch is so cute!
LOVE the Diane Von Furstenburg bag!
THE “POCKETBOOK,” HAS CERTAINLY COME A LONG WAY, BABY..I STILL WOULD LOVE A BIRKIN!
I love a beautiful handbag but it’s crazy to spend thousands of dollars on a designer bag. I usually enjoy the “Splurge vs. Steal” articles. This one -not so much. Seems like the inexpensive alternative bags looked very cheap. In most cases the cheaper bags lacked style and didn’t resemble their “Splurge” counterparts at all.
