Ex-RHONY Bethenny Frankel has zoomed past her castmates and become something those other catty women only dreamed about: a successful national brand. Okay, the Whole Foods/Skinny Girl melee is a blip, but Bethenny’s gone from living on ramen to living on millions. Not only did her show Bethenny Getting Married spin off Bethenny Ever After, but even better, the woman's got the Skinny Girl empire, books, workout videos and a whole bunch of other businesses to boot.

Some of us love her and some of us prefer Jill Zarin. What can we say? Some people adore women who rearrange reality! Oh, wait, isn’t that Ramona Singer? Or was that Kelly Bensimon? Nope, Kelly keeps unicorns in her backyard. Sorry. Oh, we’re lost in our Real Housewives of New York obsession all over again.

Sooo… you missed the People mag issue that detailed Bethennny’s hard beginnings, or you didn’t scroll through enough back pages of TMZ, or you’re just uber-obsessed with this reality queen and want more? You got it! E’s True Hollywood Story has aimed its lens on Bethenny Frankel, and the special will premiere September 21, at 10 pm ET/PT.

While we’re not sure if there are going to be cheesy reenactments or grainy home video clips, we’re definitely going to hear Bethenny state things like, “I didn’t wanna be getting facials and buying diamonds with the housewives. I have $8,000 to my name and I have no idea what’s gonna happen to me financially, emotionally, or any way.”

And, “I wanted to be thin so badly. I was obsessed. I would take laxatives from my mother’s drawer. If I could have ever made myself sick, I would have. Being thin was a very, very big goal.”

Don’t worry if you miss the show the first time around; E! repeats everything so much, you can mouth the words to any of their shows.
