1. Zipless F*ck: After a breakup, you may choose to engage in a “zipless f*ck” or sexual intercourse which has no emotional meaning, just purely for the physical pleasure of the act.
2. Wrist Aerobics: When one is left alone after a breakup, they may begin to engage in wrist aerobics, or masturbation.
