Road Test: Nailtini’s Janie Bryant Nail Polish Collection
‘Mad Men’ costume designer Janie Bryant Released Limited Edition Nail Polish Shades for Nailtini.
Not even Don Draper could have paired this dream team better. Mad Men’s costumer Janie Bryant released her second line of limited edition nail polish for Nailtini, the cosmetic that describes their polishes as “cocktails for nails.’
Janie’s lacquer cabinet includes four shades (Blushing Lady, Blue Carnation, Admiral Perry, and Garden Jubilee). Having previously collaborated with Nailtini for their Holiday 2010 collection, Janie’s second one is true to the signature Nailtini blend. The polishes are designed and formulated for layering, base, and top coats. Each lacquer layer is also quick to dry in five minutes or less so creating your own mani/pedi cocktail, whether straight or mixed, can be easily done in less than half an hour.
Lucky us-we tested out the shades for Admiral Perry and Blushing Lady. We we totally heart them both, what we love even more is that you can wear the colors year-round. Admiral Perry adds dramatic flair and intrigue in a midnight blue shade while Blushing Lady keeps it pretty in pink but with just a touch of lavender for a little extra sass. Miranda Lambert even posed for the cover of Health magazine showing off her Blushing Lady mani!
Take home a .50 fl. oz. bottle of Janie Bryant for Nailtini’s Lacquer blends for $14 on their site. You can also pick up a mini bar to go of all four shades for $25 there too. They’re great for a girls night in!
Still thirsty for more? Be sure to visit the Nailtini bar for a wide variety of nail colors in mixer, topper, and layer coats. Additional product information and retail locations can be found on their site.
Cheers to beauty and remember to apply responsibly!
