Oh no! Reese Witherspoon has been hit by a car!

Don’t worry, though—she’s okay. While out for a run in Santa Monica on Wednesday, the actress was struck by a car while jogging through a crosswalk. The driver? An 84-year-old woman. In her defense, she’s old and the crosswalk was apparently unmarked. At least it was a minor accident.

Reese was taken to the hospital, where it was determined that her injuries weren’t serious; according to her rep, she’s now “resting comfortably at home.” Good thing she’s got hubby Jim Toth to take care of her!

The driver was cited for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
