Rebecca Minkoff may be incredibly pregnant, but that’s not stopping her from having a good time! The designer was the center of attention at the after party for her Merceds-Benz Fashion Week show on Monday night.

Held in the Rose Bar at the ritzy Gramercy Park Hotel in New York, the after party celebrated Minkoff’s Fashion Week success. And to make a good night even better, the shindig was hosted by POM Wonderful—which meant that guests such as Nikki Hilton, Audrina Partridge, and Elizabeth Reaser got to enjoy some tasty pomegranate drinks created especially by the mixology masters at Prohibition and mixologist Dale De Groff.

Pret-a-POMtini 

This cocktail created by Prohibition combines the classic martini with the fresh taste of pomegranate.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice

1 1/2 oz. raspberry vodka

1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lime

1 oz. simple syrup (equal parts sugar and cold water dissolved together)

Spiraled orange rind for garnish

Ice cubes

Preparation:

Assemble all ingredients in bar or mixing glass. Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with spiraled orange rind.

POM Couture

Dale DeGroff’s classy drink combines the tartness of pomegranate with the floral notes of elderflower liqueur.

Ingredients:

2 oz. POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice

2 oz. vodka

1 tsp. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur.

Food-grade rose petal or other edible flower for garnish.

Preparation:

Stir all the ingredients over ice to chill and strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an edible flower.
