Daddy's back!

Reality TV star Dean McDermott was finally permitted to leave the hospital Tuesday following his hair-raising dirt bike crash that resulted in a collapsed lung.

Dean’s wife Tori Spelling arrived with the couple’s children in tow (too freaking cute!), and the happy family made their way back home.

On Sunday Dean had taken to his Twitter account to update friends and fans on the status of his recovery:

"I'm healing, slowly Ill be doing rehab for a while I messed a few things up when I crashed."
