Guess what? It’s celebrity real estate time! Rumor has it that pint-sized musical dynamo Bruno Mars just dropped $3.3 million on one heck of a bachelor pad.

A little birdy told us that Bruno’s new digs are in the Laurel Canyon area of Los Angeles, a neighborhood that once played host to showbiz greats like Harry Houdini and Clara Bow; these days, its denizens include Christina Applegate, Sacha Baron Cohen, and Chris Colfer. Covering 4,064 square feet, the single-level, ultra modern home has three bedrooms and three and a half baths—and (of course) a number of bells and whistles.

The foyer opens up into an expansive, open plan living/dining/kitchen area with hardwood floors and retractable glass doors (just in case it wasn’t easy enough for you to get outside via the front door); the formal dining room, meanwhile, has a floating, built-in buffet bar and a full-height wine refrigerator. A 26-foot long family room/media lounge boasts a fireplace, more retractable glass doors, and built-in floating shelves.

The view from the master suite? Priceless. It’s also got a walk-in closet and adjoining dressing room, and the attached bathroom has radiant heat floors, double sinks set into a floating cabinet, a glassed-in, multi-head shower, a free-standing soak tub, a sauna, and a massage/yoga/fitness area. Outside, there’s a massive backyard with an outdoor bar and a swimming pool (what California-based celebrity home would be without one?).

Other details include Swarovski crystal lighting fixtures and a state-of-the-art security system. Oh, and there’s apparently enough space to park 10 cars on the property. Party time!
