Are there any Perez Hilton defenders around? You’ll have your work cut out for you in the next few days. Hilton appeared on The Joy Behar Show last night to discuss this week’s Miley Cyrus photo controversy, where Hilton distributed an upskirt photo of the 17-year-old Cyrus. It appeared to many that the starlet was not wearing underwear in the photo.

“I didn't pick it for her to look like she wasn't wearing underwear,” Hilton said. “The point of me choosing that one photo is because it was showing Miley getting out of the car in an unladylike fashion. And I just thought that was funny and in keeping with her shocking behavior of late, because she was very well aware that she was in a public place at a -- at a video shoot and that there were paparazzi present.”

The blogger noted that he linked to the photo using his Twitter account and never posted it on his blog – not that he didn’t want to. He noted that he could not post the image because he doesn’t have a deal with that agency.

Hilton was anything but remorseful when discussing the controversy during last night’s interview.

“I think it's insulting to children to accuse that of child pornography,” Hilton said. “If you want to look at the definition of child pornography, it is not an image like the one I posted. It is explicit behavior designed to arouse, engage in sexual activity… The point is that it's not child pornography. And if I was aware that it was or that she was not wearing underwear, I would not have posted it. But I -- I knew the opposite, Joy. I saw other photos from that video shoot and I was very well aware of the fact that Miley was wearing underwear.”

Take one guess at the blogger’s response when he was asked whether or n he would do the same thing again.

“I don't regret what I did and I would do the same thing again,“ Hilton said. ”It's not actually doing anything worse than Miley herself has been doing recently, from grinding up on her 40 something year old director to pole dancing to all the over sexualized things that she has been doing and turning herself into this creature.”

Yeah, let’s put the blame on the girl who was violated with an upskirt shot. You stay classy, Perez!
