This year’s Oscars featured some major hits and misses. We spotted our favorite stars donning undone, romantic looks as well as more formal, classic pulled-back styles.

The evening host—that lucky girl Anne Hathaway—got the chance to wear all the styles in a mere three hours.

Our favorite undone style was definitely Natalie Portman. The Best Actress winner  (Black Swan) finally let her feathers down at the Oscars with a beautifully romantic side-swept hairdo. Natalie paired the undone ‘do with a gorgeous deep purple Rodarte gown and soft makeup, a polar opposite from the structured style we saw at the Golden Globes. A natural curly girl, Natalie’s soft waves were stunning.

Scarlett Johansson was another Lock & Mane undone 'do favorite from the evening. She donned a sultry purple lace Dolce and Gabbana dress and a tousled bob. L&M blogger, Jessica Pizzo commented that Scarlett’s look says “I’m a badass chick and I’ll do what I want, even on the Oscars Red Carpet.” People either loved or hated this ultra sexy look. We loved it!
