Wow, we've had pedicures that have lasted longer than Jana Kramer and Johnathon Schaech's marriage. The One Tree Hill actress and her 40-year-old hubby have called it quits after just one month. We guess July 4th wasn't a lucky day to get married.

Kramer's rep wouldn't divulge any details on why the couple was throwing in the towel so soon, just telling E! News the two had "agreed to dissolve their marriage."

What a nice PR term for divorce: dissolve.

But, Kramer and Schaech shouldn't fret – chances are they will marry again, according to these "15 Signs You'll Get Married." Statistics show that a divorced person still has a 75 percent chance of remarrying, and Scaech is living proof of that (he divorced Christina Applegate in 2007). Maybe the third time's the charm for him? 

And Kramer is only 26, so the statistics are on her side as well, as 86 percent of women under 40 get married.
