I have a confession. I own, and wear (often, in the cold months) an item of clothing that my husband (not-so-fondly) refers to as my “in-patient robe.” It’s warm and cozy, but old and ratty, and on the sexy scale, somewhere between a Snuggli and a sleeping bag. Maha started EcoLamare with the goal of preserving the ecological beauty of the environment — everything is naturally clean, chemical free, eco-friendly, and eco-safe.
“It’s our goal to make EcoLamare a household name,” Maha says. Where did they come up with that name? “‘Eco’” is simple,” she explains. “We were inspired by ecological awareness.”
“As for ‘Lamare,’ there are many derivatives, but our two favorites are the French meaning of ‘perfection’ and the Arabic ‘liquid gold,’” she says. “EcoLamare is eco-friendly perfection and luxurious liquid gold.”
