I’m sucked back into the whole “natural” beauty idea from time to time, simply because the inner/ outer thing has so much appeal in theory and the idea of organic sounds smart. I’ve tried wearing my hair in its curly state (ick) followed the cleansing/diet advice of L.A. health gurus (ick!) and even started meditating and doing yoga - which I admit to sticking with so far. A few years ago I was working with supermodel Carol Alt who showed up at the studio with containers of what looked like green glop, which she swigged down from time to time.
