Look at this gorgeous shot of Miranda Kerr and her sweet baby – I love that she posted this photo, taken by new daddy Orlando Bloom.

I also love seeing the response on the Internet, which for the most part has been positive. Salon.com’s Mary Elizabeth Williams puts it perfectly when she writes:

“How lovely then not just that Kerr posted a blissful photo that sweetly evokes those magical early bonding days with a baby, but that the picture has been nonchalantly picked up by major entertainment news outlets with barely a hint of squeamishness. Both People and OK! posted the photo, along with Kerr's message from her blog that ‘I gave birth to him naturally; without any pain medication and it was a long, arduous and difficult labour, but Orlando was with me the whole time supporting and guiding me through it.’”

Of course, not everyone loves seeing a breastfeeding mother – one commenter on the People.com post snipes, “isn't it funny that celebs ‘are fighting so hard for their privacy’ but happily pose with their boob hanging out... how about enjoying this bonding time privately.” And a NYDailyNews.com commenter  writes, “Just disgusting, its VERY private thing and she flaunting it.”

Puh-lease. Something tells me you don’t have a problem when “she flaunting” her boobs in a Victoria’s Secret bikini.
