What is it with the Lohans always getting into trouble? Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, is still going after the docs who he believes are prescribing his daughter with “unnecessary drugs.”

That’s only one of many “major” legal matters on his hands. Michael is now going full throttle as he files civil and criminal charges against Kate Major, his now ex-fiancee. Lohan not only claims that Major owes him over $40,000, but that she threatened to kill him. As he tells x17online, “I’m still getting a restraining order against her because she’s crazy. I don’t want her anywhere near me.”

Just a week ago, Major filed a police report in their native Southampton, NY, claiming that Lohan had abused her. He now faces 2^nd degree harassment charges.
