Mel Gibson's baby mama Oksana Grigorieva signed a cohabitation agreement that locked her out of securing a slice of the Oscar winning director/actor’s billion-dollar fortune, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

This means that despite being decked in the face and playing subject to vile comments made by Mel (“You will be raped by a pack of ni**ers”), Oksana won’t be walking with even a cent of his bucket loads of cash.

"He is not paying me a penny," Grigorieva even admitted not soon after their bitter court battle became public.

Yet, Grigorieva is disputing the legality of the contract because, according to her, she signed it in draft form, under duress.
