
Don’t get me wrong: I like shape wear as much as the next gal. What else could slim down my stomach and thighs in a curve-hugging dress?
But there’s something about the name “Skweez Couture” that really turns me off. It’s a bit of a stretch to call your standard undergarments couture, no? And doesn’t Skweez remind you of Silly Putty?
Created by Jill Zarin of the Real Housewives of New York City, the line first debuted in stores last September. And now her collection is slated for an HSN run on February 10, 2012.

Marketed as a shape wear line you’d want to show off to your guy, the designs come in traditional white, nude, and black hues. Still, we’re not sure if we’d ever attempt to show our beaus undies that reach our busts or boy short shapers.
Sizes range from Small to 2XL. Prices start at $20 and go up to $75. If you’re looking for some new shape wear, these pieces would easily do the trick. Just don’t buy all the hype that comes with ‘em.
