MBFW: Vlov-QingQing Wu’s Spring ’13 Collection Is Pure Tranquility
From airy linens to soft shades of blue, Vlov-QingQing Wu’s line was worthy of a picture perfect island paradise.
Ladies know that a dreamy summer dinner by the shore requires planning—especially when it comes to the perfect ensemble. But your special someone might not be as style savvy as you are. Thankfully, Vlov-QingQing Wu’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week show was like a dose of pure romance (for guys!).
Hunky models hit the runways in fresh linen blazers, supple leather jackets, crisp silk shirts, and cotton dress shorts. Whisper soft blues, grey, white, khaki, and beige lent ocean-inspired touches to a line for land dwellers. Most importantly, fits were loose and airy enough for a warm evening, but weren’t enveloping.
Though we’re not sure how we’d feel about our guys toting Wu’s gorgeous leather man bags around, they were quite easy on the eyes. We wouldn’t mind borrowing one (permanently).
For ultra steamy, straight-from-a-romance-novel pieces, look no further than Vlov-QingQing Wu. We can’t guarantee your guy will get this designer’s name straight, but we’re almost certain you won’t care as you’re checking him out in his new duds.
