Makeup Artist Napoleon Perdis On Alluring Eyes

Napoleon chats about his newest eye palettes for Target.

Napoleon Perdis is an internationally known makeup artist. He’s worked on countless Fashion Weeks, celebrities and really knows his stuff.

For the holidays, he’s created two palletes: (from left) NP Set Holiday Smoke Signals ($9.99, target.com) and NP Set Holiday New Neutrals Eye Palette ($9.99, target.com). They’re small enough to slip into your bag and can take you from day to night.

 Napoleon says, “dark (eye shadow) colors are like a little black dress and light colors are like acessories.”
