A Shellac manicure is kind of awesome. I admit, I was a tad skeptical about this miracle manicure that supposedly lasts up to three weeks. I did try it for myself however, and must say, it was still rocking strong after 2 full weeks.

What was better than that, was that feeling that you have that you know your nails are always done and can pop into a spur of the moment black tie gala without having to detour for a traditional manicure.

I'm anxious to try the new Shellac manicure! I love the idea of polish that actually lasts 2 weeks instead of 2 days....

I tried this almost 3 weeks ago and my nails still look gorgeous! Shiny, no breakage and NO chips :) Love it...

I want to get this done so bad! I've seen different bloggers do it and I'm amazed at how well it lasts. :)

i got a Shellac manicure before i had to go to Vegas. by day FOUR, it was peeling and chipping. such a waste of my money.

then again, i had issues with acrylics in the past, so maybe my nails are the problem not the product.

I think this is so cool! I would definitely try it. My nail polish chips way too fast!
