There are basic tips that can smooth the way to a sexier you. Once you lay down a healthy foundation, anything is possible. We asked the crew over at Blisstree for their advice on how to be sexier and they sent us these very effective and easy tips!

Invest in a portable air purifier for your home (at least in the bedroom), because according to the EPA, indoor air can be dirtier than outdoor air in many urban areas. –Briana Rognlin, Deputy Editor, Blisstree
Take a coffee break for at least two consecutive weeks. No, we don’t mean drink coffee for 14 days straight. We mean completely cut out caffeine (coffee, tea, sodas, chocolate, etc.) for at least two weeks to give your body a rest from this powerful stimulant.
