Live in Dexter’s House: Michael C. Hall’s Hollywood Hills Home Is for Sale
Want to live in Dexter Morgan’s house? Now you can – Michael C. Hall has put it up for sale! Pics inside!
Would you expect blood spatter expert by day/serial killer by night Dexter Morgan to live in a bright, sunny home? Neither would we; but then again, Michael C. Hall isn’t actually the character he plays on television. But speaking of that bright, sunny home, guess what? According to TooFab, the Dexter star has put it on the market!
Located at 7039 Senalda Road in the Hollywood Hills, the house was built in 1933 as part of The Outpost Estates by famed architect Hal Levitt. In fact, Levitt himself lived in the house from 1964 to 2004. Hidden out of sight of prying eyes, the 3,535 square foot home is celebrated as much for its privacy as it is for its sophistication (at least, according to its listing). It has an airy, light-filled living room with massive windows and an equally sunny dining room, from which a sliding glass door leads to the patio and pool. The kitchen features Italian tile floors and also opens to the patio—perfect for entertaining!—and the master bedroom sits on its own on the house’s first level. It overlooks the canyon, so of course it’s got some spectacular views. There’s also a palatial master bath, two guest bedrooms and baths, and a gym/guest bedroom with its own 3/4 bath.
Want to take a look? Of course you do! Here’s the exterior:
