Lindsay Lohan, tired of constantly being embarrassed by statements that her father Michael Lohan has made to the press, issued a statement exclusively to RadarOnline.

"I am sorry that my father has continually chosen to speak publicly about our relationship, my mother, my siblings, and my professional team," Lindsay said. Her statement continues, "I am working through my recovery day-by-day and find his public media bouts unnecessary and damaging."

This is the first time in awhile that Lindsay has spoken out againgst her father. She has been keeping a low profile as she will be returning to court to deal with the charges relating to the necklace.
