Trouble seems to follow Lindsay Lohan where ever she goes. No sooner does she get out rehab, it looks like she might be going to jail. Seen in the above photo, is the necklace that Lindsay allegedly helped herself to at a Venice Beach, CA jewelry store steps from her new home.

The Lohan camp is claiming that the jewelry "loan" was a misunderstanding, while the D.A.'s office says something else. Lindsay has claimed that the prosecutor is "out to get her."
