More problems are arising because Lindsay Lohan isn’t taking her probation seriously. Lindsay just can’t get a break, but then again, she really doesn’t deserve one. TMZ reports that Judge Stephanie Sautner’s boiling point is spilling over for the actress because of her slow pace in completing her community service obligations.

According to E! Online, Lindsay is severely dragging behind in her 480 required hours of community services–120 hours at the morgue and 45 hours at the Downtown Women’s Center. So far she’s only clocked in 33 hours, or in probation time, four days. And with her next progress hearing on October 19, Lindsay’s going to need to start pulling some voluntary all-nighters or else it’s back to jail. But her troubles don’t end there.

E! Online also has reported that Lindsay has yet to provide registration proof in either a Shoplifter Avoidance Class or psychological counseling. And here’s the kicker: she can’t afford to get help! According to People, Lindsay’s lawyer Shawn Holley said the court-ordered psychological treatment isn’t within Lindsay’s financial budget (although Radar Online stated that she wore $1,200 Christian Louboutin heels to court). She also says the paparazzi would disrupt more affordable sessions. Excuses, excuses, excuses, but the judge isn’t warm to any of them.

"If she doesn't have the means [to pay for it], she's got to find someone to help her out," Sautner said, who gave the actress 21 days to show proof of enrollment.
