Lana Del Rey’s the New Face AND Voice of H&M
You’ll see the ‘Born to Die’ singer in print ads starting in October.
Lana Del Rey, whose gorgeous and slightly retro looks have landed her in countless fashion spreads, will now be the face and the the voice of H&M!
The gorg print campaign was shot by by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin. It’ll debut this coming October. As the voice of H&M, director Johan Renck shot a full length film of Lana singing “Blue Velvet.” You can watch the music video in its entirety on H&M’s site starting September 19th. The edited version will be seen and heard in H&M TV ads.
For the print campaign, Lana is wearing H&M’s fall fashions, including a pink angora blend sweater, printed leggings, a tweed biker jacket and a tweed figure-hugging faux leather trimmed dress.
There will also be another print campaign starring Lana later on during the fall season. Swoon!
