When Kim Kardashian heard that In Touch Weekly had written a cover story about her allegedly cheating on fiancé Kris Humphries, she not only hit the roof, she contacted her lawyers, reports TMZ in an exclusive article. In Touch claimed that she was two-timing Kris with football player Brett Lockett.
Kim’s lawyer promptly sent the publication a cease and desist letter. Cease and desist is a request to halt activity, or else. In Touch, according to Perez Hilton, has ignored the letter and will go ahead with the article. To view the letter, click here. According to TMZ, Kim is also considering a lawsuit against Lockett.
