Kelly Osbourne may have cracked her head open this weekend, but rest assured she’s on the mend, thanks to the staff at the Mercy Hospital in Miami.

According to Us Weekly, the 27-year-old Dancing with the Stars alum was in Miami over the weekend to attend a casting call for Madonna’s Material Girl clothing line. Though it’s unclear what led to Kelly’s injury, she Tweeted this on Sunday:

So apparently we’ll be able to find out later today exactly what happened, courtesy of Sharon Osbourne’s daytime series, The Talk. Tune in to CBS at 2pm EST for the full story!

We do know, though, that she was hospitalized for the problem. Ever the sweetheart, Kelly sent a shout-out to her doctors at the hospital for patching her up so nicely:

Well, Kelly, glad your docs were so on top of everything. Here’s wishing you a speedy recovery and significantly fewer head injuries in the future!
