Childhood

Katie:

The youngest of five children, Katie grew up in Toledo, Ohio, where her daddy was a well-off lawyer and her mama was a homemaker. She went to an all-girls Catholic school and earned straight As. Though she was admitted to Columbia University, she opted to go to Dawson’s Creek instead.

Anna:

Born in Canada to a pair of teachers, Anna was also the youngest, but of three children instead of five. The fam moved back to her papa’s native New Zealand when Anna was four. After her parents divorced, Anna moved to LA with her mother and finished high school there. The Fly Away Home actress also got into Columbia and even went for a year before dropping out to join the X-Men.
