Kate + Pippa Middleton Style Watch: Kate Says Goodbye to LA, Pippa Loves Coffee

The Duchesss of Cambridge and her younger sister, Pippa, look chic no matter what they’re doing (le sigh).

We have to admit we’re quite sad the Royal Tour is over because it means we’ll be seeing less of Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, or, as most of us prefer to call her, Kate Middleton. Since heading back across the pond, Prince William and Kate have kept things quiet and out of the public eye.

We last saw Kate in LA on July 10, 2011. At the end of her visit, she went to the Inner-City Arts Project in downtown Los Angeles, before she and her hunk of a husband flew back to England. Kate wore a navy crocheted top, white pleated skirt and navy heels. The top and skirt are from Whistles. Don’t bother googling for them; they’re (of course) sold out. We’re thinking the navy suede shoes are from L.K. Bennett as she loves their footwear.

Thankfully, we have Pippa to give us our Middleton fashion fix and the younger Middleton sister has yet to disappoint.

Pippa not only held down the fort in London, while big sister Kate was wooing North America, she’s continued to impress, as Kate has gone MIA in London.

All we can say is the younger Middleton sure knows how to do casual right!

Monday

Pippa took a quick break from work on Monday and went on a few errands. We love how her mustard yellow Portobello bag by Ri2K ($223.85, simplybe.co.uk) jazzed up her black and white outfit. Check out the silver hardware on her flats. Too cute!

Wednesday

Pippa’s leaving work and she looks great after a long day. She wore Whistles Francesca quilted leather jacket, Modalu Bristol bag (nicknamed Pippa), a black quilted tote, BCBGMAXAZRIA stripe silk shift dress ($147.90, nordstrom.com) and black raffia wedge espadrilles.
