Crown Princess Mary’s not only an age defying mom (she’s 40) to 4 kids including twins born last year, but she’s donned fatigues to complete officer training to become a lieutenant in Denmark’s Home Guard. Then she and journeyed to Afghanistan to visit the Danish troops stationed there. This super fashionable princess also has a special place in her heart for McQueen and Prada.

The Crown Princess Mette Marit of Norway. This Nordic beauty stole the heart of her Prince while being not only a commoner but a single mom with a past. The 38 year old is a self confessed bookworm, active in HIV/Aids work and is the only princess you’ll find on Twitter, @CrownPrincessMM. You can send her books for her birthday, August 19, 1973.
