Julia Roberts is a lion when it comes to protecting her children. You don't mess with her cubs, and you certainly don't try to take a picture of them -- unless you enjoy being cursed out by Hollywood royalty.

The Eat Pray Love star lost it earlier this week when she caught paparazzi photographing her family on a leisurely stroll in LA. She was with her husband, Danny Moder, and children Hazel and Phinnaeus, both 6, and Henry, 3.

Radar Online has photos of Roberts confronting one pap, getting intensely close to his face as she yelled at him, cornering him against a parked car. Yeah, you could say she was a little angry.

But really, can you blame her for reacting the way she did? This isn't the first time she's gone on the defensive after catching paparazzi trying to photograph her children, and she's made it very clear that they are off-limits. She will speak about them in interviews, but that's as close as she wants anyone to get to her kin.

If we were her, we would probably react the same way -- there's no need to photograph the children when they're that young, or stake out at their school or church hoping to get a shot of them. Take pictures of Julia all you want, she's the famous one. But when she's with her kids, back off.
