There’s a new Osbourne in the house!

According to People, Jack Osbourne and his fiancée, Lisa Stelly finally—FINALLY—welcomed their little bundle of joy on Tuesday this week. Why finally? Because the baby’s due date was originally April 18. Is it too soon to make a “better late than never” joke?

The baby girl weighed in at 8 lbs., 6 oz. Her name? It’s a real gem (literally): Pearl.

Lisa, Jack, and their family spent an additional week anxiously waiting for Pearl’s arrival; a Tweet from Lisa on Saturday revealed their impatience:

It was well worth the wait, though. Jack retweeted an announcement from Hello magazine confirming the baby’s birth, and by all accounts, her parents and family couldn’t be happier:
