How does Lindsay Lohan do it? She’s drowning in her probation yet somehow she can still manage to go to a party and snag a hot guy to bring home. Like, so not fair.

The Daily Mail reports on Sunday, Lilo, 25, was seen leaving Paris Hilton’s Malibu beach party arm-in-arm with Australian actor, Brett Tucker, 39, who’s best known for his role as Daniel Fitzgerald on Neighbours. It’s nice to know she can still laugh coyly with a man despite her never-ending court appearances.

The weekend partying began much sooner for LiLo, of course. On Saturday, Radar Online reports that Lindsay attended actor/writer Michael Donegar’s 25th birthday party at the Palihouse hotel in West Hollywood. By 2 a.m., sources say she “could barely stand.”

"I was like 'Who's that gorgeous girl,' and then I realized it was Lindsay,” a source told Radar. “She was definitely sober when she showed up but as the night went on she got sloppier and sloppier.”

(A side note: Sloppy = gorgeous? Are those your beer goggles speaking, “Source”?)

According to Lindsay, the rumors of her drunken stupor were just that, rumors. She told TMZ, "Reports of me being intoxicated and not even able to stand are nothing but absurd."
