Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem just got married earlier this month in the Bahamas in a secret ceremony that they kept hidden from the press. It was at a friends house and only family was invited – that's all anyone knows. Kudos to the couple for keeping their intimate nuptials private.

But now, just days after hearing that the two were married, there are already rumors that Penelope is preggers. Life & Style says they have an exclusive scoop from a movie insider who says Cruz and Bardem married because they have a baby on the way. Numerous outlets have echoed the same story.

Although we'd be thrilled for the couple if that were the case (can you imagine how gorgeous that baby will be?), this seems too good to be true.

C'mon, a wedding and a baby all in one month? Sounds like the work of eager celeb hounds looking to squeeze extra juice out of a story they know little about.
