Oh boy! Looks like the Biebs isn’t so innocent after all ... maybe. Radaronline is reporting that Justin Bieber met a young lady backstage after one of his concerts, during which they had a special moment together. We’re not sure what’s skeevier: the possibilty that they did "it” in a less than romantic spot, or the fact that the Biebs isn’t even legal!
Mariah Yeater in her sworn affidavit claimed that a security guard approached her at LA’s Staple Center during Bieber's concert there last year and asked her if she wanted to meet the Biebs. Like most fans who had this once in a lifetime opportunity, she said yes. In the lawsuit she filed on October 31, Mariah stated, “After waiting for a short period of time with several young women, Justin Bieber appeared and engaged me in conversation.

"Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone.
"I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time.”
Mariah also told the court: "After walking away from the other people backstage, Justin Bieber found a place where we could be alone -- a bathroom.
"We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically. He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to f*ck the sh*t out of me. At the time I asked him to put a condom for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to.
"In his own words, he said that because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything."
Justin then "quickly took off" her clothes, she said, and the pair had sex. At the time of the encounter, Mariah was 19 years old and Justin was 16 years old. (Think he'll counter-sue for statutory ... uh never mind.)
According to Mariah, the father of her three-month-old baby boy is none other than Justin Bieber. Star magazine obtained the various court documents, in one of them, Mariah wants Justin to take a DNA test to confirm his paternity. She is also seeking an undisclosed sum of money for support for her child.
Bieber’s rep denied her claims. He told Radaronline, "While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."
The first court hearing is scheduled for December 15th.
