Celebrities are usually great at deflecting questions they don't want to answer. But it seems Jason Sudeikis was either caught off guard, or really watching his step when a Washington Post reporter asked him about his ex-girlfriend, January Jones, and her newly-announced pregnancy at the White House Correspondents' Dinner on Saturday night.

According to reporter Jen Chaney, once she mentioned Jones's name, Sudeikis started stammering like a child who'd been caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

"When I asked if he had any comment on the recent news about Jones, who split with Sudeikis back in January, he said, 'I’d rather — yes but no,'" writes Chaney. "Was he surprised to find out she was pregnant? 'No, I —,' then he paused and stammed. 'No, I didn’t have anything [else to say].' He stammered some more, and that was the extent of our conversation on the subject."

Sounds like someone's hiding something! Jones and Sudeikis may no longer be an item, but something tells us there might be a "bundle of joy" that will forever symbolize their 7-month love affair.

And to think January thought her pregnancy announcement would go unnoticed because she let it leak on Royal Wedding Day — ha! We're SO on to you two!
