Most of them can be assembled using things you've already got handy in your own wardrobe, so all you need to do us hunt down the finishing touches and away you go!
1. Katy Perry

This Katy Perry costume is both fun and delicious!. First, head to the grocery store and buy a box of your favorite cake mix. Follow the directions on the box to turn it into cupcakes. Don’t forget to decorate! Then, once your cupcakes are ready, slap them on your boobs and don this lovely blue wig and headband. Ta-da! Instant Katy Perry!

Candy Girl Blue Wig ($19.99, Party City) and Katy Perry Blue Heart Headband ($9.99, Party City)
2. Beyonce

This one requires a little DIY, but it’s super cheap and super easy: Take a plain old’ white cotton sheet and dye it orange with some Rit “Sunshine Orange” dye. Then just stick a pillow under it and you’re good to go: Baby Bump Beyonce!

Rit Dye ($2.37, Amazon)

3. Justin Bieber

This one isn’t exactly cheap, but then again, the simple ease of it more than makes up for the price. You see, that's not actually Bieber up there; that's just a cardboard cutout of him. Carry it around with you all night and everyone you know will spend the evening mistaking you for the teenaged pop idol. And you don't even have to get a stupid haircut!
Justin Bieber Lifesize Cardboard Cutout ($39.99, Party City)
4. Emma Stone

Step 1: Dye hair red.
Step 2: Put on favorite nerd shirt (or borrow one from your nerdiest friend).
Step 3: Add Princess Leia headband.
Step 4: Finis!

Clairol Natural Instincts in Spiced Tea/Light Auburn ($7.19, Drugstore.com)

Princess Leia Headband ($11.15, Amazon)
5. Kim Kardashian

If you can’t find a small child, a baby doll will suffice. Just place it inside your purse and call it Mason. Proceed to carry it around all night, running up to any female you see and exclaiming, “Kourtney! Look what your kid crawled into! Isn’t that FUNNY???”

Baby Born Doll ($9.99, Toys R Us)
